Overview

Jordan Planner does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.  All sales are considered final after payment is received, purchased content has been successfully delivered and downloadable content has been downloaded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded such as the ones on Jordan Planner due to their digital nature.

Refunds

Digital downloadable products such as the ones on Jordan Planner cannot be returned or refunded. 

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded.
